We are looking for a **Receptionist cum Telecaller** with **3+ years of experience** who can handle front desk operations and manage telephonic communications efficiently. Join our compassionate and professional team to help make a difference in people’s lives

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk
- Handle incoming calls and provide accurate information
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain patient records and ensure front office coordination
- Follow up with clients/patients as needed
- Support the clinic team with administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred
- Polite, professional, and patient-centric attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
