As a Telecaller Executive, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- **Product/Service Promotion**: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the products or services being offered.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through engaging conversations and understanding customer needs.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their queries, providing information, and offering solutions.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas within specified timelines.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and guide potential customers through the sales process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
- Fresher/Proven 6 Month experience in telemarketing or sales
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: ₹67,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Thrissur, Kerala (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Thrissur, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
