**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
As a Telecaller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients and customers with the aim of promoting and selling products or services. You will be required to engage with customers in a professional manner, understand their needs, and provide accurate information about the products or services offered by the company. Your goal will be to generate sales leads, follow up with potential clients, and ultimately contribute to the overall sales targets of the organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling.
- Explain product or service pricing and answer questions from customers.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter details into the system.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and outcomes achieved.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers in conversation and build rapport.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
**Salary**: ₹67,000.00 per month
