**a. Key responsibiliƟes -**

i. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effecƟve sales strategies to

achieve business objecƟves and drive revenue growth.

ii. Closing: Acquire and onboard new clients especially MSME in the assigned

industrial clusters to meet or exceed sales target

iii. Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, compeƟtors, and industry

developments to idenƟfy new business opportuniƟes.

iv. Customer Delight: Ensure high levels of customer saƟsfacƟon by delivering

excepƟonal service and addressing client issues promptly.

v. Client RelaƟonship Management: Build and maintain strong relaƟonships with key

business clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored soluƟons.

**b. Skills Required -**

i. Good inter-personal and sales skills

ii. Good technical knowledge in Metallurgy

iii. Strong negoƟaƟon and closing skills

iv. Fluent in speaking Hindi, Marathi, and English

**c. Pre-requisites -**

i. 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales or similar role is preferred.

ii. B.E. (Mechanical) or Diploma (Mechanical) is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
