Furniture Merchandiser Mis

**Job Summary**:
The Furniture Merchandiser cum MIS Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end merchandising process for furniture products — from product Sales Analysis, Inventory Analysis, vendor coordination, and costing to production follow-up and delivery. The role also involves maintaining and analyzing Management Information System (MIS) reports to support business decisions and ensure operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Merchandising Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Product buyer, suppliers, and production teams for new product Launch and their movement.
- Plan and execute product assortments as per market trends and buyer requirements.
- Track production schedules to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for products
- Maintain detailed records of product specifications, product shoot, purchase orders, and shipment schedules.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for catalog creation and product display planning.

**MIS (Management Information System) Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and update MIS reports related to sales, inventory, production, and purchase.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights for business improvement.
- Monitor stock levels and forecast inventory requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting across all departments.
- Support the finance and operations teams with data for budgeting and performance tracking.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of furniture products, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent vendor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP/MIS software.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree and retail merchandising experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in furniture merchandising or a similar role.
- Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis preferred. Well verse in excel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
