**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors and clients including major brands like Pepe Jeans, Siyaram’s, Raymond, etc., for fabric orders, sample approvals, and production timelines.
- **Fabric Sourcing & Development**: Source raw materials and coordinate new fabric development in line with buyer requirements and seasonal trends.
- **Order Management**: Manage end-to-end order execution including sampling, bulk order follow-ups, and on-time deliveries.
- **Quality Assurance**: Coordinate fabric inspection and ensure adherence to quality standards, including shrinkage, GSM, shade consistency, and fastness.
- **T&A Management**: Monitor Time & Action calendar to ensure timelines are strictly met from sample development to final dispatch.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain records for cost sheets, purchase orders, delivery schedules, and production tracking.
- **Trend & Market Research**: Stay updated with têxtile trends and innovations to proactively contribute to design and sourcing decisions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Textile/Fashion Merchandising or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in **fabric merchandising** within the **apparel or têxtile industry**.
- Excellent communication and vendor negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP/MIS systems, and handling documentation.

**Work Environment**:

- **Working Hours**: Monday to Saturday, full-time onsite role.
