HEXANIKA is a United States & India based Software Company. We have an office in Arkansas USA and in Pune, India.

‘HEXANIKA’ means victory over data. Our goal is to help our clients to “Succeed with Data.” HEXANIKA’s vision and mission is to solve the problems in the world with data

The founders of the company believe that you can solve healthcare, pandemic, political, financial problems with use of advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Big Data etc. We provide data solutions to financial institutes using AI or Big Data, etc.

We are a team of 22 employees and growing.

We are focused on keeping the client happy. The client is the centre of focus all the time and along with that we keep people that are our employees at the top. While keeping client happy we do not lose focus of the people who build our foundation.

We are solving $181B dollar yearly problem in Banking and Financial Services industry based on Artificial Intelligence. These firms have incurred $450 in fines and losses for non-compliance. HEXANIKA platform and solution are made with the philosophy to make business processes simple, smart and efficient. We are currently focused in Unites States. But our clients have needs all over the world.

Unfortunately, Covid-19 hit the world and we are working remotely from our homes. Till the situation improves WFH continues.

**Work Hard & Party Harder**

We Hexanikans do not forget to party after a long day at work. We stay connected inspite of the remote situation. We have weekly fun calls on every Friday called _**Hexaconnect**_ where we all come to chill and relax after a long week.

We have fun games planned occasionally. Monthly we conduct awards for performance recognition. We have few technical fun events planned quarterly.

We have an immediate opening for **UX Interns** to join our growing team. We are looking for people who are committed, flexible and with right attitude to be part of an innovative organization.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Use recent studies and findings to establish the best overall design elements to include in UX design experiences
- Build storyboards to conceptualize designs to accurately convey project plans to clients and senior management
- Create surveys for research through various media platforms to gather feedback on user's ease of use and satisfaction interfacing on company websites and products
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts allowing for interface edits as needed
- Analyze customer responses and website data to examine high traffic web pages and determine why certain webpages perform better
- Enhance user experience by creating seamless navigation through various digital programs and interfaces within the company
- Combine interface design concepts with digital design and establish milestones to encourage cooperation and teamwork
