**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and educate them about solar rooftop solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries.
- Maintain a database of prospective clients and update call status regularly.
- **Customer Engagement & Communication**:
- Explain the benefits of solar energy and government incentives, including the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
- **Sales Support**:
- Set up appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-ups and conversions.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- **CRM & Reporting**:
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.
- Provide regular reports on lead status and customer interest levels.
- Suggest improvements to call scripts and strategies for better engagement.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
**Work Conditions**:
- Office-based role with flexible working hours.
- Role is for general cold and targeted calling but not limited to only call other tasks may also be provided.
