**Position**: Tele Representative Officer.

**Location**:Hyderabad**.**

**Job Type**: Full-time.

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Outreach**: Conduct calls to potential clients who have expressed interest in our immigration services.

2. **Needs Assessment**: Listen actively to understand the immigration requirements and goals of prospective clients.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of the immigration services offered by the company and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

4. **Tailored Solutions**: Provide customized immigration solutions based on each client's unique circumstances and objectives.

5. **Lead Conversion**: Convert leads into clients by presenting the value proposition of our services and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

6. **Documentation Support**: Assist clients in understanding the required documentation and guide them through the initial paperwork process.

7. **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty, encouraging repeat business and referrals.

8. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in the company's database.

**Requirements**:
1. **Qualification**: Any Graduate.

2. **Experience**: 0-2 years.

**Skills**:
1.Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage clients and convey information persuasively.

2.Ability to empathize with clients and understand their concerns, demonstrating a genuine desire to help.

3.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a fast-paced environment.

4. Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

5.Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for sales tracking and communication.

6. Commitment to conducting all interactions with integrity and in accordance with company policies.
