Job Description Description We are seeking a Tele Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are eager to start their career in sales. The Tele Sales Officer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services to drive sales growth. Responsibilities - Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services. - Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions to increase sales. - Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information. - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management. - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. - Follow up with leads and engage them to convert into sales. - Prepare and submit sales reports to the team lead. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to better position our offerings. Skills and Qualifications - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections. - Basic knowledge of sales techniques and processes. - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Good listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers. - Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - A positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
