**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Lathe Operator for a short-term assignment of 1 to 3 days. The operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision metal components as per specifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up CNC lathe machines based on job requirements.
- Load raw materials and monitor machining operations.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files.
- Ensure precision and quality by measuring finished parts with tools like calipers and micrometers.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and shop-floor discipline.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience operating CNC lathe machines (minimum 6 months to 1 year).
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of basic measuring instruments.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexible to work in shifts if needed.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, or Machinist trade.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,834.61 per month
