**Provide technical leadership on prospective business opportunity proposals.**:

- Develop solutions architectures, and providing technical leadership for proposals and strategic pursuits as well as creating content and contributing to the writing and assessments of proposals.
- **Develop technical approach and proposal plans, including scheduling of tasks, processes, and identifying critical resources, to turn the solution into a successful proposal.**:

- Develop and write technical responses to Requests for Proposals and Quotes (RFPs and RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and Sources Sought Notices (SSNs).
- Write, edit, and review technical proposal content, consolidating, rationalizing and incorporating reviewer/technical expert edits and developing basis of estimate (BOE) to support pricing team.
- Support the development of marketing materials such as whitepapers, slicks, trifolds, etc.
- Review solicitation documents to understand scope of work and customer needs to develop an overarching solution to be proposed as part of the solicitation response.
- Develop and identify reusable solution content and branding of frameworks and methodologies for proposals and presentations, proof-of-concept (PoC) and Case Studies.
- Lead/guide Technology professionals (supporting customer projects) in the development of complex solutions and new service offerings.
- Develop technology solutions focused on improving efficiency within current projects and develop innovative ideas supporting organic growth.
- Supports capture strategy development through technical leadership, including the creation and marketing of discriminating value propositions.
- Support all aspects of the new business development life-cycle with innovative technical ideas, reviews and discussions.
- Participate in technical proposal content reviews and make recommendations for content improvement and/or compliance.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **3+ years' experience as a Solutions Architect on medium or large size business captures and proposals.**:

- **Experience in writing for white papers, RFI responses, and proposals.**:

- Ability to convert business requirements into logical solution designs.
- Experience in conducting trade studies, product evaluations, or research projects.
- **Experience and/or expertise in at least three of the following areas: System Development, Software or Application Development, Application Modernization, Software Engineering, Operations & Maintenance, System Architecture, Cloud Architecture, Agile Development, Dev/Sec/Ops**:

- Experience engaging in business development and capture efforts.
- Converting proposal requirements into engineering solutions independently and able to write the solutions in a proposal response format.
- MS Office Suite, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project.
- **Must have minimum of 3+ years of experience in RFP solution development.**:

- Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
