Job Overview

We are hiring a **Dentist** to join our **Kandivali-based back office** team as a **Cold Calling Executive**. In this role, you will engage with prospective patients across Australia through outbound calls, understand their dental concerns, and book them for **in-person consultations** at our Australian clinics.

Key Responsibilities
- Make **outbound cold calls** to potential patients in Australia from our lead database.
- Identify their oral health concerns and guide them with empathy and professionalism.
- Educate patients on the importance of dental checkups and treatment (without diagnosis).
- Schedule face-to-face appointments at our **Liverpool or Blacktown clinics**.
- Maintain call logs, patient records, and appointment details in CRM software.
- Handle objections, build rapport, and follow up with undecided patients.
- Coordinate with the on-ground clinic teams to ensure smooth patient visits.
- Consistently meet KPIs related to call volume and consultation bookings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
