Role Description
The Associate Dentist will provide a wide range of dental care services, including patient consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and performing dental procedures like tooth scaling, root canals, dental implants, extractions, fillings, and more. The role requires the effective communication of treatment plans to patients and maintenance of accurate patient records. This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, where the candidate will work closely with an experienced team of dentists.
Qualifications
- Competence in dental procedures such as scaling and polishing, root canal treatments, extractions, dentures, crowns, bridges, and oral surgeries.
- Ability to conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and ensure patient comfort and care.
- Proficiency in maintaining clinical records, infection control protocols, and the use of dental instruments and technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to explain treatments and build trust with patients.
- Attention to detail, a patient-centered approach, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) with a valid registration and license to practice dentistry in India.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but fresh graduates with a strong skill set will be considered.
