**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients or customers to promote products/services, follow up on leads, or conduct surveys.

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads from cold calling, referrals, or other sources and convert them into potential sales opportunities.
- **Script Adherence**: Follow the provided scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system or relevant database.
- **Reporting**: Provide feedback on call performance, customer responses, and market trends to assist in strategy refinement.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure alignment and achieve common goals.
- **Follow-Up**: Schedule and manage follow-up calls or meetings as required to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement
