**Key Responsibilities**:
Team Leadership:

- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff and performance management.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to ensure a motivated and efficient team.

Inventory Management:

- Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accurate and timely inventory management.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses.

Order Fulfilment:

- Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping processes to meet customer demands.
- Ensure orders are accurately and efficiently processed, maintaining high standards of quality.

Safety and Compliance:

- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to create a secure work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety standards and regulations.

Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize warehouse procedures to enhance productivity.

Equipment Maintenance:

- Coordinate maintenance activities for warehouse equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Report and address any equipment malfunctions promptly.

Reporting:

- Generate regular reports on warehouse performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.

Customer Service:

- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer delivery expectations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order fulfilment.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and order fulfilment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse environment.

**Salary**: From ₹360,000.00 per year
