**Key Responsibilities**:
**1.**Inbound & Outbound Operations**:
Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Ensure timely unloading, put-away, picking, and dispatch with 100% accuracy.

Manage dock operations and vehicle turnaround time.

**2.**Inventory & Storage Management**:
Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP.

Conduct cycle counts, stock audits, and reconcile discrepancies.

Optimize warehouse space utilization (slotting, racking, palletization).

**3.**Process & Compliance**:
Implement and enforce SOPs for all warehouse activities.

Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company regulations.

Handle documentation for inward/outward shipments (GRN, invoices, gate passes).

**4.**People Management**:
Lead and supervise warehouse staff (supervisors, operators, loaders, housekeeping).

Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure discipline.

Conduct training for staff on safety, SOPs, and equipment handling.

**5.**Material Handling & Equipment**:
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners, and other equipment.

Coordinate with vendors for repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

**6.**Safety & Security**:
Maintain warehouse hygiene, fire safety, and pest control.

Oversee security arrangements (CCTV, guards, access control).

Conduct safety drills and ensure staff wear PPE.

**7.**Coordination & Reporting**:
Liaise with transporters, suppliers, and internal departments (Procurement, Sales, Finance).

Track KPIs such as order fulfillment rate, accuracy, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
