**Job Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Engagement**:

- Interact with customers to understand their preferences and recommend silver jewellery pieces suited to their needs.
- Promote and sell products by highlighting the features and unique designs of silver jewellery.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store revenue.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

**Product Knowledge & Presentation**:

- Develop a deep understanding of silver jewellery products, including designs, purity, weight, and value.
- Ensure that all jewellery pieces are well-displayed and organized in the store to attract customer interest.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in silver jewellery to better serve customers.

**Customer Service**:

- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
- Provide advice on jewellery care, and assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction.

**Stock Management & Administrative Duties**:

- Keep track of inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Help with visual merchandising and store cleanliness to ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
- Process transactions through the POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain records of sales, stock levels, and customer feedback.

**Sales Reporting & Feedback**:

- Report daily and monthly sales performance to the management team.
- Provide valuable feedback on customer preferences, trends, and potential areas for improvement.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed store targets.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions about sales strategies and customer engagement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:For Freshers**:

- A keen interest in silver jewellery and fashion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eager to learn and develop a career in sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge is a plus.
- Previous experience in silver jewellery sales or retail is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of silver jewellery products, including their quality, design, and market trends.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
