**Location: Goa.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Housekeeping Supervision**:

- Lead and manage the housekeeping team, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and overseeing daily operations to maintain high standards of cleanliness across all branches.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the cleanliness and organization of all spaces, including treatment rooms, reception areas, washrooms, and storage rooms.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service to maintain consistency in service quality.

**Multipurpose Support**:

- Assist in additional tasks as needed, such as inventory management, or helping with maintenance tasks.
- Provide support by managing minor issues, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, toiletries, linens, and other essentials; track usage and reorder items to ensure adequate stock at all locations.
- Maintain records of supplies and expenses, preparing regular reports for management review.

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are met and maintained across all locations.
- Conduct routine safety checks and address any hazards, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.
- **Maintenance Coordination**:

- Monitor and report maintenance needs to ensure that equipment, fixtures, and facilities are in top condition.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to address repair needs promptly, minimizing downtime and ensuring a safe environment for staff and clients.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role, preferably in a salon, spa, or hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain team morale.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and supply management.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the flexibility to assist in various roles as needed.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to commute between branches as required.
- Comfortable working in both supervisory and hands-on capacities to support smooth operations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
