**Your Key Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality standards.

2. Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and compliance with company standards.

3. Train and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment.

4. Manage housekeeping inventory, ensuring timely reordering and minimizing waste.

5. Address guest complaints promptly and collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Experience & Education Required**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management

2. Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a 5-star hotel such Oberoi, Taj, ITC, Marriott, Post Card, Hilton, Hyatt and like wise.

3. Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and health and safety regulations.

3. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
