**Job Title**: Project Coordinator
**Location**: Chennai

**Experience**: 2-4 years (Preferred in construction/interior/jewellery industry)
**Qualification**: Any Graduate (B.E/B.Tech in Civil or relevant background preferred)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing projects related to showroom renovations, expansions, or infrastructure improvements.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure adherence to deadlines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain proper documentation of project status, schedules, reports, and communications.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses and report deviations.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress aligns with standards and timelines.
- Organize regular project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action points.
- Resolve issues or escalate as needed to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

**Female Preferable**

**Required Skills**:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Project tools
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to travel to different project sites when required

**Salary**: As per industry standards
**Reporting To**: Project Manager / Senior Management
