We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in **Google Ads, specifically Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising**, to join our digital marketing team.
**Role Overview**
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective PPC campaigns on Google Ads to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and optimize client return on investment (ROI).
**Responsibilities**
- Develop comprehensive PPC strategies: Plan and execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads, ensuring alignment.
- Keyword research and analysis: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords, optimize campaign performance
- Ad creation and optimization: Create compelling and effective ad copies, headlines, and landing pages to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates. Continuously test and optimize ad campaigns for improved performance.
- Bid management and budget allocation: Monitor and manage bids, budgets, and cost-per-click (CPC) to maximize ROI while maintaining campaign profitability.
- Performance tracking and reporting: Utilize various analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
- Campaign optimization: Continuously analyze campaign data, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimization strategies to improve campaign performance, including ad targeting, ad scheduling, ad placements, and campaign structure.
- Stay updated with industry trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in PPC advertising, Google Ads, and digital marketing as a whole.
- Proactively share insights and best practices with the team to drive innovation and improve campaign performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience: Minimum [1] years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a specific focus on PPC advertising and Google Ads. Demonstrable success in planning, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns is essential.
- Expertise in Google Ads: In-depth knowledge and expertise in managing Google Ads campaigns, including campaign setup, keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance optimization.
- Analytical mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Results-oriented: Proven track record of achieving campaign objectives and delivering measurable results, such as increased conversions, improved CTR, and enhanced ROI.
- Familiarity with analytics tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant analytics platforms to track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous learning: Enthusiasm for staying updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and PPC advertising.
- **Certification: Google Ads certification is strongly preferred, demonstrating a solid understanding of Google Ads principles, best practices, and advanced features.**
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
