We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Google Ads Expert to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Social Media & Google Ads Expert, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our social media and Google Ads campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.

**Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Strategy**: Develop comprehensive social media and Google Ads strategies aligned with business goals.

**Content Creation**: Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms and Google Ads, ensuring brand consistency.

**Campaign Management**: Execute, monitor, and optimize paid social media and Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve performance goals.

**Audience Targeting**: Conduct audience research to identify and target key demographics, ensuring campaigns reach the right audience.

**Budget Management**: Effectively manage advertising budgets across multiple platforms, optimizing spend for optimal results.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide insights to continually improve strategies and tactics.

**Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge campaign execution.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**: Proven experience in managing social media and Google Ads campaigns with a demonstrable track record of success.

**Platform Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and Google Ads.

**Creativity**: Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas for campaign content and strategies.

**Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

**Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

**Adaptability**: Comfortable adapting to changes and quick to learn new tools and technologies.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
