**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.
In this role, you will play a key role in driving the company's sales and marketing efforts, helping us reach new customers and achieve our growth objectives. You must have excellent communication skills and the ability to make sales presentations. Your primary focus will be on driving sales revenue, relationship building, and consultative selling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products/services and expand our customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and trends, and provide valuable insights to refine our approach.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable product/service solutions.
- Participate in sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales and marketing with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
- Enthusiasm for building relationships and working in a team environment.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior internship or coursework related to sales and marketing is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience will be a plus
- Freshers are also welcome to apply
