**Position**: Marketing Executive

**Experience**: 1 to 2 years in **Marketing or Sales**

**Salary**: INR 12,000 to INR 15,000 per month + Incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products/services effectively.
- Identify and target key market segments to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with the **sales marketing** team to create engaging content for various marketing channels.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence to increase brand awareness.
- Plan and coordinate marketing events and promotions to enhance brand visibility.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any Field.
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years in **marketing** or **sales executive** roles.
- Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and **digital marketing** tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
