**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Classroom Instruction**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Hindi lessons to students of Grades 8-10.
- Develop and implement lesson plans in alignment with the curriculum framework and CBSE/ICSE guidelines.
- Employ innovative teaching methods to ensure active student participation.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design assessments, projects, and assignments to evaluate students' progress effectively.
- Incorporate modern tools, technology, and resources to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Motivate students to appreciate Hindi literature, language, and culture.
- Provide individualized attention to students requiring additional support.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Uphold discipline and ensure adherence to school policies.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents about students' progress and address their concerns.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers to align interdisciplinary learning objectives.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in workshops, training sessions, and school events.
- Stay updated with educational trends and teaching methodologies in language instruction.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hindi Literature/Language or related field.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) is mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at the high school level.
- Familiarity with CBSE/ICSE curricula is preferred.
- **Key Skills**:

- Strong command over Hindi language and grammar.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to use technology in education, including MS Office and smart classroom tools.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.
