- Able to read, and understand English / Hindi / Marathi

**Role and Responsibility**:

- Understand Clients requirements technically and search for exact matching model / solution for them
- Get Commercials for models required by client from Purchase team
- Discuss requirements with Team leader for better understanding
- Prepare commercial offer based on Clients requirements and share it over mail
- Search Gem and Tender portals from Maharashtra State for Desktops / Laptops/ Firewall
- Understand Tender / BID specifications technically
- Input list of Bids / Tenders in given Excel Sheet format if it is matching our criteria (Single Delivery Location in Maharashtra, EMD / EPBG / Quantity and Bid Value)
- Share Bids to other gem members over mails based on their target numbers criteria
- Find matching model as per client’s requirement and get / Ask Purchase department for price of same along with delivery schedule and availability
- Calculate offer price as per our standard list and check if it is feasible to tender
- Communicate with OEM team for details of Model matching specifications
- Participate in bid if our Sell price is lesser than buyers ask price
- Keep updates about technical evaluation and commercial evaluation of Participated bids
- If order won from Tender / BID, Communicate Purchase team for purchase of goods and Technical support team for installation and testing of material and delivery schedule
- Maintain daily work reports in given formats.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
