Knowledge of the GEM portal. Tender Executive
- Search online and newspaper tenders and fill them on a regular basis
- Register with portals pre and post-bid process monitor for new tenders
- Check on submitted bids and communicate with respective govt body
- Coordinate with plant for dispatch, and follow up for payment after work completion. Electronics knowledge preferable
- Job description:

- 1. Review tender documents, and the scope of works, check the feasibility for qualification, and financial criteria, and prepare a presentation, risk matrix, and information to top management to get approval for bidding.
- 2. To identify risks and opportunities in the proposal pricing in order to mitigate inherent risk at the tender submission stage.
- 3. Coordinating with the internal department for the preparation of project construction plans & schedules, staff, manpower & equipment deployments, organization charts, and method statements, and infrastructure requirements.
- 4. prepare tender review information in order to ensure methodology, pricing, and margin contingency are adequately adhered to.
- 5. Preparing technical & commercial bids as per the tender requirements.
- 6. To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities.
- 7. Preparing rate analysis with logical risk factor pricing.
- 8. Floating an inquiry and collection of offers with vendor negotiation, analysis & price comparison, and updating costing works.
- 9. To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry & market intelligence data, etc. which are needed for submission.
- 10. To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing, and preparation of the outgoing submissions.
- 11. To ensure that tender submission is standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc, and in line with customer's tender requirements.

- Skills Required
- 1. Any Graduate with Experience of 4-5 years in the same field (Tender Executive)
- 2. Familiar with Tendering Process and with prior experience
- 3. Experience Skill Good Communication Skills, Negotiation skills, Analytical, and Presentation Skills

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
