**Work Profile**:

- Check eligibility of customers as per banks criteria
- Eligibility calculation for housing loan
- Preparation of Inflow and outflow statements with help of bank statement
- Review, recommend, or reject loan requests based on credibility and potential revenues and losses
- Discuss cases with multiple banks and explain all the cases in banks for maximum loan sanction.
- track the file through our banking team and update the customers as well as channel
- To complete the loan process till Disbursement.
- Maintaining a database for providing loan

**Required Skills**:

- Two plus years experience as a housing loan executive or credit analyst in banking or any financial sector
- Should have good knowledge of housing loan sanction and disbursement process
- Have sound knowledge of CIBIL checking
- Accurate in checking details and good with numbers
- Well-versed with Excel usage with knowledge of Pivot table and MIS
- Good in communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year

- Fixed shift

- Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
