**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Executive to join our reputable foreign exchange company. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our organization. Your primary focus will be on executing and monitoring foreign exchange transactions, while also providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:
Execute and monitor foreign exchange transactions, including spot, forward, and options contracts, in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, including trade confirmations, settlements, and reconciliation of accounts.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, economic factors, and regulatory requirements related to foreign exchange operations.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies in transaction processing, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the transaction process.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to enhance efficiency and mitigate operational risks.

Generate regular reports and metrics on transaction volumes, performance, and operational efficiency to support management decision-making.

Stay updated on industry developments, new products, and technologies in the foreign exchange market, and make recommendations for process improvements or system enhancements.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations within the foreign exchange industry.

Strong understanding of foreign exchange products, including spot, forward, and options contracts.

Knowledge of trade execution, settlement processes, and reconciliation in the foreign exchange market.

Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to foreign exchange operations.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
