**Job Summary**:
We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone on a day to day basis. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of the company’s offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information and assessing customer needs.
- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends.
- **Sales Pitching**:Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers in a compelling manner.
- **Objection Handling**: Address and overcome objections from customers to close sales.
- **Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to nurture leads through the sales process.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Tracking**:Record and track sales activities, call outcomes, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales performance.
- **Reporting**:Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Minimum 3 years of experience is preferred. Freshers can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Lead Generation and Sales abilities
- Customer Support experience
- Ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work different shifts or hours as needed.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- **Will be working in the US shift.**
