**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international clients to promote services and generate leads
- Handle incoming inquiries, provide product/service information, and convert prospects into clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate call logs, customer details, and interaction history in CRM
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversion
- Collaborate with the team to optimize campaign strategies and improve performance
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach in all client interactions
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in telesales or international BPO/voice process
- Prior experience in **handling international clients** is mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
- Proficient in basic computer operations and CRM tools
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to **Salt Lake, Sector 5, Kolkata**
