**Designation**:Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers and admission agencies to promote products and services.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets through effective telesales strategies.
- Qualify leads and follow up on prospects to close sales.
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate customer information and interactions.
- Prepare and maintain regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and customer data.
- Analyze and organize sales data to assist management in decision-making.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of MIS data and documentation.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 experience in tele calling, telesales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience with MIS reporting and analysis.
- Familiarity with sales automation tools and CRM systems.
