**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive

**Experience**: 2-3 years in a telesales or related role

**Pay**:14k to 17k per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to sell products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Maintain a detailed database of customer information and sales activities using CRM software.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and resolve customer concerns.

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (B.Com preferred).

**Skills**:

- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
