**E-commerce Executive (Amazon & Flipkart)**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Advertising & Campaign Management**:

- Plan, create, and optimize sponsored ads (PPC) campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart.
- Monitor ad performance metrics like ACOS, CTR, and ROAS to ensure profitability.
- Develop strategies to maximize sales while minimizing advertising costs.

**2. Product Listings**:

- Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords.
- Upload high-quality images and videos to enhance product visibility.
- Ensure all listings comply with Amazon and Flipkart policies.

**3. Sales Growth & Analytics**:

- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand pricing, promotions, and strategies.
- Use platform analytics tools to track performance and prepare detailed reports.

**4. Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely restocking.
- Manage FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and Flipkart Smart Fulfillment inventory.

**5. Promotions & Deals**:

- Plan and execute promotional activities such as Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Discount Offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for seasonal sales campaigns and festive promotions.

**6. Account Health & Compliance**:

- Maintain excellent account health by adhering to platform guidelines.
- Address issues like product suspensions, negative feedback, and account warnings promptly.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure positive ratings and reviews.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing Amazon and Flipkart accounts, including advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in Excel, analytics tools, and e-commerce dashboards.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts like PPC, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,800.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- E-commerce: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Advertising sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
