As an E-Commerce Executive you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with various teams to improve the online shopping experience, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**EBay Account Manage**:Have 1yr of experience in account handling especially for the platform eBay.

**E-Commerce Platform Management**: Oversee the operation of the e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, images and descriptions are accurate, and the website is user-friendly.

**Online Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.

**Product listing**: This is the process of adding and presenting products or items for sale on an e-commerce platform, website, or marketplace. It's a fundamental aspect of running an online retail business and involves creating detailed listings that provide potential customers with essential information about the products available for purchase.

**Customer Experience**: Focus on enhancing the overall shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order processing.

**Data Analysis**: Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior, to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Payment and Security**: Ensure secure payment processing and customer data protection in compliance with relevant regulations.

**Reporting**: Generate and provide regular reports on e-commerce performance to stakeholders.

**Competitor Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive e-commerce strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and content management systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis software.**:
