**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **E -Commerce & Quick Commerce Executive** to support our digital sales channels, ensuring operational excellence across both eCommerce and quick commerce platforms. This role involves day-to-day coordination, content and listing management, campaign execution, and data reporting to drive growth in online sales and rapid delivery platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**E- Commerce Operations Support**:

- Assist in managing product listings, content uploads, pricing, and stock visibility across eCommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Noon, Lazada).
- Support campaign execution by coordinating banners, offers, and promotional assets with platform teams.
- Monitor product availability and collaborate with internal teams to resolve stock, order, or logistics issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of SKUs, descriptions, images, and pricing.

**Quick Commerce Execution**:

- Coordinate with Q-commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart,) to ensure live product listings, updated pricing, and promotional accuracy.
- Track and ensure optimal on-app visibility, product placement, and availability.
- Support the implementation of flash sales, new product launches, and time-sensitive campaigns.

**Content & Merchandising**:

- Maintain a consistent brand presence across all platforms through updated and high-quality product content.
- Monitor and optimize digital shelf appearance (images, descriptions, ratings).

**Reporting & Analytics**:

- Track daily and weekly performance reports (sales, traffic, conversion, inventory).
- Assist in preparing reports and dashboards for internal reviews.
- Support data collection and insights to help identify sales trends and optimization opportunities.

**Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Liaise with internal teams including marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure campaign alignment and fulfillment accuracy.
- Coordinate with platform account managers for campaign planning and execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 2-5years of experience in eCommerce or quick commerce.
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce KPIs.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with analytics dashboards is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of FMCG or retail category dynamics.
- Experience working with product information management (PIM) systems or content management tools.
- Understanding of last-mile delivery platforms and inventory systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
