Responsibilities: _
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads
- Cold calling SME entrepreneurs and executives and getting them to signup for a demo of our ERP
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
- Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Upselling products and services.
- Researching and qualifying new leads.
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
- Handling hot leads that come via digital marketing
- Meeting with the daily client connection KRAs set by the company
- Setting up on-site or online demos of our ERP
- Assisting in the sale of ERP software to SMEs
- Following up with clients on various steps of the sales cycle
- It will have incentives on KRAs and Sales
- Requirements_:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a SAAS Sales Representative

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
