**Job Summary**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Membership Sales**: Actively drive membership sales through walk-ins and cold calling, building relationships with potential clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
- **Lead Management**: Book and confirm leads and members for classes, ensuring follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- **Front Desk Management**: Greet and check-in clients and prospects professionally, ensuring a positive first impression of the club.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of walk-ins, telephonic queries, and other leads in the CRM system.
- **Facility Tours**: Conduct facility tours, understanding and addressing individual needs to help prospects make informed membership decisions.
- **Event Participation**: Represent the club at health fairs, grand openings, marathons, community events, and hospital events to promote membership and brand awareness.
- **Club Cleanliness**: Ensure the club is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- **Service Presentation**: Introduce and explain available services to current or prospective members, helping them make the best use of our facilities.
- **Dues Collection**: Follow up on and collect outstanding dues from members in a courteous and professional manner.
- **Support Operations**: Assist the Head to Influence (H2i) in club operations as needed.
- **Additional Duties**: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support club goals and maintain operational excellence.
Sales Experience in any wellness Industry or Gym

**Shift Timing**:

- **9-hour Shifts** (Rotational)
- Morning: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Afternoon: 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm or 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm

**Qualifications**:
Any Gradute or UG
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with a diverse clientele and understand individual fitness needs.
- Organizational skills and proficiency in CRM software are preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk operations efficiently.
