International Sales Advisor - US/Canada Process

Location: Fazalganj, Kanpur (Onsite)

**Job Type**: Permanent | Shift: 5 PM - 2 AM

**Salary**: ₹16,000-₹23,000 (Fixed) + ₹2,000 Night Shift Allowance + Incentives

Role Overview:
Join FINCANA SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. as an International Sales Advisor. Your main responsibility will be generating quality leads and closing sales through outbound calls to US/Canada clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to promote services

Handle objections and queries professionally

Maintain accurate call records

Generate leads & contribute to closures

Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with team to meet targets

**Requirements**:
Good spoken English (US/UK accent preferred)

Basic computer skills

Customer-first attitude

Prior BPO/International calling experience is a plus
