**Job Description for Front Office Executive (only females)**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones and handling inquiries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges.
- Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
- Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Assist in administrative tasks and clerical support.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and clients.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
- Update and manage the contact database.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a front office representative or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of office management and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office safety and security protocols.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
