**Spa Sales Associate - Luxury Day Spa**

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused **Spa Sales Associate** to join our luxury day spa. This role involves promoting and selling **high-end spa packages, services, and memberships** while ensuring a world-class experience for our **elite clientele, tourists, and local members**.

**Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Engagement**
- **Promote and sell** luxury spa packages, memberships, and gift cards to maximize revenue.
- Upsell and cross-sell **treatments, add-ons, and retail products** to enhance the client experience.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Educate clients on **spa treatments, benefits, and post-care recommendations**.

**Front Desk & Operations**
- Greet clients warmly and provide a **VIP-level guest experience**.
- Process transactions using **POS systems** and maintain accurate client records.
- Manage a **well-organized reception and relaxation area** to align with the spa’s luxury standards.

**Product Knowledge & Inventory**
- Stay up to date with **high-end skincare and wellness products** to drive retail sales.
- Maintain and replenish inventory while ensuring elegant product displays.

**Collaboration & Reporting**
- Work closely with **spa therapists and management** to achieve sales targets.
- Track and report daily sales, client feedback, and booking trends.
- Participate in **training sessions on sales techniques and new treatments**.
- **Experience** in luxury hospitality, spa, or high-end retail sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for **wellness, skincare, and high-end customer service**.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced, high-touch environment**.
- **Proficiency in booking software, CRM systems, and POS transactions**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
