OFFICE ASSISTANT -
Roles and Responsibilities - Seeking a self-motivating person who can independently handle processing of day-today

tasks and assist in various departments as per need basis.

OFFICE MANAGEMENT
- Maintaining supply inventory - Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- stationary, electronics,

- Manage office documentation photocopying, scanning, printing filing etc.
- Maintain office equipment as needed.
- Manage files and records: organize and maintain important files and records of all departments (operations,

accounts, HR, and management etc) including confidential documents.
- To make sure everything in office is kept at place
- Coordinate office events as necessary.

OPERATIONAL ASSISTANCE
- Monthly and weekly task list maintenance
- Provide support to staff members: provide support to all staff members in managerial tasks such as

scheduling meetings or coordinating events, preparing/issuing transmittals
- Coordinating with vendors, allied professional etc for setting up meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
