**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with the trade channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate key updates and promotional activities.
- Address and resolve any public concerns or queries with professionalism.
- Track and analyze PR outcomes and provide reports to the management team.
- Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the organization's actions align with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
- Collecting feedback from sales staff throughout the month.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in public relations, community outreach, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in Hindi, and English is a plus.
- Strong Client Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
