Visa Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel clients and students regarding study abroad programs, immigration options, and visa processes.
- Assess client profiles and guide them on suitable courses, universities, or immigration pathways.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients and ensure high conversion rates.
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws, policies, and education opportunities globally.
- Participate in promotional activities such as seminars, workshops, and events.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in counseling (preferably in immigration, overseas education, or related sectors).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of visa processes for major countries like Canada, Australia, USA, UK, etc.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases with strong attention to detail.
- Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving attitude.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, Management preferred).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
