**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the Record to Report (R2R) team in managing and overseeing the general ledger (GL) processes
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities
- Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving complex accounting issues
- Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and variances
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Participate in audits and provide necessary documentation and support
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on financial performance and key metrics
- Support the implementation of new accounting systems and tools

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong background in Finance-Record to Report (GL)
- Have experience in Record to Report-Accounting Finance & Accounting
- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exhibit strong leadership and team management abilities
- Show proficiency in using accounting software and tools
- Have a solid understanding of accounting principles and standards
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be detail-oriented and highly organized
- Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Possess a relevant certification such as CPA CMA or equivalent.

**Certifications Required**

CPA CMA or equivalent certification in accounting or finance.
