**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the R2R team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee the general ledger accounting process to maintain financial integrity.
- Provide guidance and support to team members on complex accounting issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline R2R processes.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for management.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Develop and maintain documentation for R2R processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure the team meets deadlines and achieves performance targets.

**Qualifications**
- Must have 10 to 14 years of experience in Finance-Record to Report (GL).
- Should have strong domain knowledge in Record to Report-Accounting Finance & Accounting.
- Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have experience in managing and leading a team.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be proficient in using financial software and tools.
- Must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Should have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
- Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.

**Certifications Required**

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
