**Your responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily logistics of IT Assets, accessories and related assets. Follow the logistics shipment guidelines for the transactions.
- Maintain the stock inventory thoroughly in the system.
- Information about GST and e-way bills.
- Coordinates and schedules inbound and outbound transportation of all goods and materials
- Maintains inventory, performing periodic counts of items.
- Assist cargo and production in receipt of customer assets.
- Closely work with third party courier/logistics vendors for all shipments.
- 2 years in a fast paced Distribution Center with specific inventory and material handling experience.
- Download, print, and process orders on daily basis
- Assist with organizing reecipt and dock areas
- Excellent data/order entry skills
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High level of customer orientation.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of logistics, from pick-up assignments to invoice verification for logistics vendors.
- High level of customer orientation in view of daily interaction with internal Amazon employees for receipt of IT assets, updating internal tools and maintenance of databases.
- Develop efficient and accurate processes/metrics for monitoring and reporting performance of logistics vendors including risk identification and mitigation plans.
- Develop efficient mechanisms for communicating forecast to all logistics vendors for sustaining agreed SLA’s.
- Engage with vendors in a detailed, hands on approach to support timely communication of performance.
- Track and report all payables and receivables from logistics vendors for PAN India shipping sites.
- Manage IT service portfolio by engaging in RFPs, re negotiations, and contract development, including contract compliance with logistics vendors.
- Perform spend analysis based on a variety of relevant information, identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings and present recommendations to internal business partners.
- People from e-commerce and courier industry will be preferred.
