**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our products/services to potential clients.
- **Client Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while meeting their needs.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience in sales, preferably in Medical equipment or a related field..
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Attributes**: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
