**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding flight options, fares, and travel policies.
- Resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Work in a rotational shift environment to support 24×7 operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **6 months-2 years of experience** in **customer service or support** (travel industry experience preferred).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with CRM or booking tools.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Flexibility to work **rotational shifts** and **rotational week offs**.
